Wash your new Pan in warm soapy water, then dry.
Put on a medium-low heat and thinly coat the surface with your preferred cooking oil.
Leave on low heat for 2 – 3 minutes. Thereafter you’re ready to cook.
Seasoning is recommended before first use, thereafter the non-stick coating will do the job.
Utensils such as a pizza wheel are okay but not knives. The raised hexagonal surface may be damaged which could affect the searing performance of the surface.
